RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.

BAIBA LADIGA offers full refunds excluding delivery costs and any international duties & taxes when a return/exchange request is made by email to baiba.ladiga@gmail.com within 48 h  from the day of receiving the order.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Items should be returned at your cost within 14 days with all the original packaging, price tags attached  and in perfect condition.  

If an alternative size is required, please contact us . The item will be sent to you once your original item  have been received in perfect resale-able condition. For items that are pre-ordered, you will be notified of any waiting time for your exchange.  

HOW TO RETURN
We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and insure your parcel as goods that are lost or damaged in transit will not be credited.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of being notified of a returns/exchange request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of BAIBA LADIGA and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Return Policy

Please contact ladiga before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts ladiga and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.



Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. ladiga is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, ladiga reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
